Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the digital nature of our educational services and the immediate access provided upon enrollment, all purchases are generally non-refundable. This policy exists because:

  • Course materials are accessible immediately upon payment
  • Digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed
  • Significant resources are allocated for each enrolled student
  • Mentor and instructor time is committed upon enrollment

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to technical problems on our end that we cannot resolve within 7 days
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same course
  • Course Cancellation: If we cancel a course before it begins
  • Medical Emergency: Documented medical emergencies that prevent course completion (within first week only)

Refund requests for exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Course Transfer

As an alternative to refunds, we offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a different course of equal or lesser value. Course transfers must be requested within 14 days of original enrollment and before completing more than 20% of the original course content.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
